The Securities and Exchange Commission has said it is available to recommendations and activities that will make the capital market dynamic, focusing on the requirement for more partner cooperation.

The Acting Director-General, SEC, Ms Mary Uduk, expressed these when individuals from the Association of Stockbroking Houses of Nigeria met with the administration of the SEC in Abuja at the end of the week.

 However she revealed a well-working capital market is fundamental to Nigeria’s monetary improvement, and to understand its maximum capacity, the nation must have a world-class capital market that is solid, supportable, powerful, and assumes a focal part in financial advancement. Noting that the commission’s devotion to work together with important partners to additionally create and develop the capital market.

Uduk said the SEC was ready to team up with the ASHON to lift the market and reposition it among driving capital markets that meet global models and best practices.

She lauded individuals from the gathering on their endeavors so far in developing the market, particularly for their help towards the money related proficiency crusade of the SEC, and guaranteed them of the availability of the SEC to keep on working with them.
